The Operations Centre manages the daily activities of the Lynden Pindling International Airport. We respond not only to public inquiries, but also dispatch calls from our tenants and airlines to ensure the calls
are directed to the right place for a quick response. Essentially,
the Operations Centre is a one stop shop for all of our customers. Equally as important are the Concierges and Airside Specialists who report to the Centre with updates about the state of our terminals and airside.

The Concierges are on the floor in the terminals interacting with our passengers and tenants ensuring that the airport is being efficiently
managed and operated. The Airside Specialists have responsibility
for overseeing the functions on the airside on a daily basis, inclusive
of ramp operations, airfield maintenance, runway checks, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control and regular liaison with the airlines and service providers.
