Welcome to the official web site of the Lynden Pindling International Airport. On April 01, 2007, the Government of the Bahamas officially handed over the development, operation and management of the Lynden Pindling International Airport to the Nassau Airport Development Company (NAD). NAD is a Bahamian company with a 30 year lease. Executives from Vancouver Airport Services (YVRAS) lead the company. YVRAS is a Canadian firm which operates 18 airports in 7 countries. The transfer of the airport to a private management agreement will allow the airport to be developed and transformed into a premier world class facility and it will be operated in the most efficient commercial and cost competitive manner.

 

All of the coming changes will be focused on making the airport both a pleasant experience for travelers and creating a great place to work for all airport employees.
The mission of Nassau Airport Authority is to operate the airport to be Safe, Friendly, Clean, Efficient and Profitable with a local sense of Place.
